A Fresh Lamb to the Slaughter!!!

Postby stuntegg on Tue Jul 20, 2010 5:42 pm

Hello to all my fellow two wheelers,

My name is Ryan and I've just joined the ranks of the Pinewood Novices, having been upgraded from beginner as of last Monday. (See Phil if you belive yourself to be en expert - and for the love of god please let me know when you do....so i can be there)

I've been schooled in the Pinewood zen of crotch rocketry by Russ, who taught me well enough to pass my direct access first time, so kudos to him (and a tenner to me for saying so)!

I'm currently negotiating prices on two bikes the Yamaha xvs950 Midnight Star and the Triumph America, and will hopefully be buying one of the two by the end of this coming weekend (prior to a trip up to Scotland with the old man) provided of course i can twist thier arms down to sensible enough price, as insurance is going to cost me three arms and half a dozen legs.

I guess by initial question to the floor would be, is there anyone else out there who loves and rides cruisers, apart from Dave who i know has a stunning (custom built) Harley?

Thanks for letting me join the ranks and i'll see you all on the first ride i can make.

Ryan

Nah, I come pre-scrambled, so the damage won't show if I fall off!
