A2 Licence (Age 19 or over)

Requirements are:-

 

To be age 19 or over with a Full or Provisional UK Licence.

 

Either the photo card type licence (counterpart no longer required) or paper type licence with photo ID such as a valid passport.

 

Current CBT and Motorcycle Theory certificate to take the Mod 1 test.

 

Current CBT and Motorcycle Theory certificate + Mod 1 pass certificate to take the Mod 2 test.

 

Take the Mod 1 and Mod 2 tests on a bike of at least 395cc and between 20kW and 35kW.

 

Gain a full category A2 licence to be able to ride any bike not exceeding 35kW.
